SYCLEF enters Polish market with acquisition of PHI Group

SYCLEF has announced the integration of PHI (Polski Holding Instalacyjny), marking its first strategic operation in Central Europe. The move brings the international refrigeration and HVAC specialist into the Polish market.

PHI, based in Wrocław, was formed in 2025 through the merger of two established Polish companies: REXER Group and Clima Komfort. Together, the entities bring over 30 years of combined experience in HVAC installations, engineering, building automation, and maintenance services.

REXER Group, founded in 2014, operates primarily in western and southern Poland, focusing on the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, gas, fire protection, and water systems. Clima Komfort, established in 1994, is active in northern Poland and the Warsaw region, with projects spanning industrial, commercial, hotel, defense, and residential sectors.

PHI employs 140 staff and maintains offices in Wrocław, Warsaw, Grudziądz, and Bydgoszcz. The management team remains unchanged, led by Radosław Gruszecki, Piotr Kalisz, and Łukasz Simionkowski.

According to SYCLEF, the partnership aligns with its growth strategy by connecting with locally established brands and enhancing their capabilities through the group’s international network.

Guillaume Burvingt, International Director of SYCLEF, stated: “The arrival of PHI within the SYCLEF family represents a major step in our strategic development in Central Europe. We share a common vision: bringing together expert companies that are well established in their local markets, while enabling them to benefit from the strength, synergies and shared resources of an international group. Together, we will continue our growth and keep delivering high-performance, sustainable and value-added solutions to our customers. We are delighted to begin this collaboration with all the PHI Group teams.”
