Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions takes over Fri-Service

Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions takes over Fri-Service, a well-established refrigeration solutions provider in the Czech Republic and
Slovakia. Next to the existing service companies, the acquisition strengthens Viessmann’s own service and turnkey solutions capabilities for customers, who will have full support from the planning stage through to implementation and maintenance of the projects from Viessmann.

"Central-Eastern Europe is a key market region for Viessmann where we want to grow our market presence. Since 2016 we have been growing our service and after-sales capabilities across Europe with great success. We are delighted that together with the skilled team of Fri-Service we can continue our strategy implementation in becoming a full refrigeration solutions provider in the Czech Republic and Slovakia” says Frank Winters, CEO of Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions.

Radim Baxa, Managing Director of Fri-Service comments: ”Joining our skills together with Viessmann was a strategic decision, because the combination of both companies' offering and skills will benefit our customers as well as our employees. Together with the Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions we can cover a wider customer base and provide full scope solutions from one source.”

“We are delighted that discussions have resulted in joining our skills and competencies and we welcome the Fri-Service team to the Viessmann family. Together we will be able to offer even more comprehensive solutions for the benefit of our customers.” says Karel Fort, Regional Director CEE of Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions.
