Virender Rana, former managing director at Condair Group, has been appointed head of Business Air Solutions at LG Electronics Australia. This strategic appointment is part of LG's ongoing investment in the Australian HVAC market, in line with its ‘Life’s Good’ promise.
Rana, with 19 years at LG across Korea, Singapore, and Australia, brings substantial experience to bolster LG's presence in the local HVAC sector. His strategic goal is to double revenue within three years by enhancing sales infrastructure and expanding into heating and applied verticals.
Aligned with LG's Future Vision 2030, which seeks to transform the company into a Smart Life Solution Company, Rana is tasked with navigating growth in the rapidly evolving Australian HVAC market characterized by climate changes, urban growth, and sustainability focus.
LG Australia also plans a 33% expansion in its HVAC workforce in sales, marketing, and product management, underscoring its aspiration to become a leading HVAC brand.
