WFLO and GCCA announce the publication of a new cold chain industry white paper on the use of transcritical CO2 refrigeration

The World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO), a Core Partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) is pleased to announce the publication of a new cold chain industry white paper on the use of transcritical CO2refrigeration in the public refrigerated warehouses world.

Over the past four or five years, we have seen steady growth in the use of transcritical CO2 (TCO) refrigeration in the public refrigerated warehouses world. This white paper presents two case studies that demonstrate that transcritical CO2 can be successfully applied to the cold storage industry and is extremely viable in terms of TCO. The white paper also explores the recent history of the technology, the changes which have taken place over the past five years, and what we can reasonably expect to see in the next five.

The complimentary white paper may be downloaded from the GCCA website.
