XNRGY Appoints Glenn Brandon to Lead Mission-Critical Cooling Division

XNRGY Climate Solutions has appointed Glenn Brandon as Executive Vice President for Mission Critical. The company states that this strategic addition supports its ongoing expansion and efforts to meet increasing demand for data center infrastructure, particularly in response to the growing role of artificial intelligence.

Brandon brings over 30 years of experience in mechanical contracting and technology-driven projects. His work has included design-build solutions for companies such as Digital Realty, Equinix, Vantage, Stack, China Mobile, Nvidia, Crusoe Energy, and Orion. He has also served as a contract executive at Southland, overseeing performance on complex data center projects.

His background includes design engineering, project management, and budgeting across HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and controls systems. Known in the field for his expertise in mechanical system design and cost analysis, Brandon has built long-term client relationships throughout his career.

At XNRGY, Brandon will focus on developing energy-efficient, low-carbon cooling systems for hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation data centers.

"Joining XNRGY is an exciting opportunity to advance mission-critical cooling technology and drive innovation in energy-efficient solutions that also include plug-and-play integration strategies," said Brandon. "At XNRGY, we take a customized approach - assisting customers with design and budget considerations, explaining the rationale behind equipment choices, and guiding them toward tailored solutions that maximize energy efficiency."

Wais Jalali, CEO and founder of XNRGY, commented, "I am delighted that Glenn has joined the XNRGY team. He is very well respected among mission-critical clients and deeply understands their needs. We are lucky to have him."

Brandon's appointment signals XNRGY’s continued focus on supporting data center clients with scalable and sustainable cooling technologies tailored for AI-era requirements.
