The agreement was finalized on December 18 through Mitsubishi Electric’s subsidiary, Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. This move aims to capture the increasing demand for air-conditioning equipment in European data centers.
By leveraging Crystal Air’s extensive European business network and expertise in installation and maintenance, Mitsubishi Electric plans to enhance its services, offering a one-stop solution that includes sales, installation, operation, and maintenance. This strategic acquisition aligns with Mitsubishi Electric’s global growth strategy, focusing on expanding in the rising air-conditioning and refrigeration market, particularly in energy-efficient solutions.
