Nene Capital has announced its acquisition of Cold Tech (Services) Ltd., a leading firm in refrigerated coldroom and cabinet maintenance. This acquisition aims to bolster Nene Capital’s strategic portfolio with Cold Tech’s expertise in the food, retail, pharmaceutical, and logistics industries.
Cold Tech is renowned for its energy-efficient solutions and reliable maintenance, installation, and servicing of refrigeration and cold storage systems. The company will continue to operate under its established brand, with Nene Capital investing in resources to expand Cold Tech’s capabilities.
Stephen Bayliss, Managing Director of Nene Capital, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating it aligns with their mission to invest in businesses delivering sustainable value.
