Daikin has expanded its air handling units (AHU) portfolio by launching the new Compact L range, designed for the 'compact' market segment. This decentralized ventilation solution is ideal for offices, restaurants, schools, and light commercial applications. The Compact L series, available in six sizes with capacities ranging from 150 to over 4,000 cubic meters per hour, is Eurovent certified.
The Compact L features advanced airflow management, operates in Constant Air Volume (CAV) or Variable Air Volume (VAV) modes, and can be installed in false ceilings to save valuable floor space and reduce noise. Its design includes enhanced features such as dual-stage filtration for improved indoor air quality, a counterflow heat exchanger, and adaptable accessories for various project requirements.
Key advantages of the Compact L include its compact size, scalability, energy efficiency, and plug-and-play installation. With Eurovent certification and compliance with VDI6022-1 hygiene standards, the Compact L also contributes to LEED, WELL, and BREEAM green building protocols.
