DSI Dantec offers new automatic liquid filler system

These are customizable and automatic robots for filling liquids and fluids in vertical plate freezers. Ones to achieve a uniform and precise filling for optimal utilization and same block sizes, while minimizing the risk of spillage and contamination of products with human contact.

Block freezing facilitates subsequent handling and palletizing of a product. The liquid filler serves up to 5 freezers or the equivalent of 10 pallets of frozen product.

Suitable for products like juice, soft drinks, jam, fruit puree, milk products, water, blood, syrup, and many more.
