Epta has unveiled two new negative-temperature display cases under its Iarp brand — Alba 43 and Alba 45 — targeting the Food & Beverage and Ho.Re.Ca. sectors. Presented as successors to the Glee line, the new models focus on energy efficiency, design, and sustainable materials.
The Alba 43 (static cooling) and Alba 45 (ventilated cooling) feature expanded glass surfaces and larger Total Display Area (TDA) to enhance product visibility. The ventilated version offers up to 40% more storage capacity. A redesigned condensing unit, now located in the lower section of the cabinet, is intended to improve airflow and energy performance.
Both models introduce the Easy Feel tub system for simplified assembly and removal of Easy Shelf trays, improved hygiene, and antibacterial treatment. Despite increased capacity, the cabinets maintain Class C energy performance.
Materials used in Alba units include plastics with up to 40% recycled content, partly sourced from production waste. The cabinets are also compatible with Epta’s LineON digital monitoring solution, allowing 24/7 remote tracking of temperature, energy consumption, and operational status.
