Güntner Launches mySpareParts for Faster Spare Parts Ordering in the U.S.

Güntner has introduced mySpareParts, a new e-commerce platform integrated into its existing myGüntner customer portal. The service enables customers in the United States to search for and order spare parts at any time via an automated online system.

The platform offers real-time stock availability, order tracking, and several payment options. Users can search for spare parts using item codes, keywords, or images. Orders can be shipped immediately from Güntner’s U.S. warehouse, helping customers reduce equipment downtime.

Only customers with a Business Partner Account in the U.S. can currently access the service, but new customers can register for an account to use the platform.

Güntner states that the new system reduces processing time, enables shipping preferences, and improves access to essential parts.
