Kaori Introduces S Series All-Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger for High-Purity and Harsh Environments

Kaori has launched the S Series All-Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger, designed for high-purity applications and demanding industrial conditions. Featuring a copper-free brazing material, the new heat exchanger prevents contamination, making it suitable for fuel cells, electrolytic hydrogen production, and semiconductor manufacturing. The S Series offers high thermal efficiency, durability, and resistance to corrosion.

Copper-Free Brazing for Purity and Longevity

Conventional heat exchangers use copper brazing, which can degrade in deionized water, leading to contamination and potential equipment failure. The Kaori S Series eliminates this issue by using stainless steel brazing, ensuring stable performance in corrosive fluid environments. This extends equipment lifespan and minimizes maintenance needs.

Corrosion Resistance for Industrial Applications

The stainless steel construction of the S Series provides exceptional resistance to chemical corrosion. It is well-suited for fuel cell cooling, electrolytic hydrogen production, and semiconductor process cooling with ultrapure water. Compared to traditional double-tube heat exchangers, the S Series' compact design saves up to 80% of space, optimizing efficiency in industrial setups.

Multiple Models for Various Flow and Pressure Requirements

The Kaori S Series includes seven models - S030, S050, S095, S105, S115, S120, and S200 - allowing customers to choose flow capacities and pressure ratings tailored to their needs. This flexibility ensures optimized heat transfer performance across different applications.
