Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US Introduces the Simple Ductless Wired Controller

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC (METUS), a leading supplier of Ductless and Ducted Mini-split and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump and air-conditioning systems, introduces the Simple Ductless Wired (SDW) remote controller. The SDW remote controller is simple to use and is compatible with existing thermostat wire, allowing for easier installation.

Suitable for multifamily applications, the SDW controller features programmable presets with 7-day scheduling. The dual setpoint auto changeover and advanced installer setup options can be used to adjust settings to fit the needs of each user. Users can select their preferred humidity level with the new Auto-DRY function, which helps regulate the moisture level of the indoor air.

“The Simple Ductless Wired remote controller is attractive, easy to install and easy to use,” says James DeBerry, commercial marketing manager, Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC. “With features like 7-day scheduling and humidity sensing, the SDW controller is a great option for upgrading multifamily projects.”
