Panasonic Transforms Smart Maintenance with Aquarea Service Cloud

Panasonic’s Aquarea Smart Cloud control system, has been updated with a new platform that’s set to transform the delivery of service by enabling full remote maintenance of Aquarea solutions. The new Aquarea Service Cloud allows heating and cooling specialists to engage in predictive maintenance and remote system fine-tuning, via a simple and intuitive user interface.

The Aquarea Service Cloud solution sets a precedent for the industry by removing restrictions that can often tie customers to a specific maintenance company. The platform lets customers decide who will carry out essential maintenance and gives installers the opportunity to increase their competitive service offering.

The Service Cloud is a support tool which allows HVAC professionals to quickly and easily complete commissioning and maintenance tasks, making valuable technical information stored in the cloud database, available at their fingertips. This method simplifies maintenance work on site by helping installers to identify issues ahead of their visit, saving valuable time and reducing costs.

With an error log function now installed, problems with the system can be fixed before they are issued to the customer. If a problem is detected, the service cloud notifies the maintenance company with a malfunction warning immediately, enabling installers to respond more quickly to faults and issues, keeping the customer completely satisfied with their heating and hot water systems.

A further feature added to aid maintenance professionals, is the ability to control units and its advanced settings remotely. In the event of a customer concerned about poor energy usage or discomfort in temperature, installers can adjust the heating settings remotely therefore avoiding a visit to site.

The Aquarea Service Cloud is simple to use and doesn’t require specialised software. Users just log in with a standard browser or via the app and the system is ready to go. Systems already installed will automatically connect to the server cloud and update all parameters in real time.

Available from May 2018, Aquarea Service Cloud (CZ-TAW1) from Panasonic maximises reliable remote management capabilities, saving time, money and shortening response time.
