Pfannenberg USA Launches Eco-Friendly DTI 6000 Cooling Units

Pfannenberg USA, a global leader in thermal management and signaling technologies, has introduced its new Green Series DTI 6000 Cooling Units. Designed to provide superior enclosure cooling while safeguarding the environment, these units represent a significant advancement in cooling technology.

Featuring a closed-loop design, the DTI 6000 units effectively seal out ambient air, ensuring clean and cool air circulation within the enclosure. This innovative approach provides comprehensive protection for electronics against heat and contaminated air. The strategic placement of the air inlet and outlet optimizes airflow, reducing hotspots and enhancing the overall cooling efficiency. Additionally, the compact integrated design requires less space compared to traditional side-mount units.

The Green Series DTI 6000 Cooling Units are highly energy-efficient, achieving up to 11% energy savings. They also reduce refrigerant usage by up to 58% compared to previous models, aligning with environmental regulations and lowering the overall Global Warming Potential.

The units offer versatile power configuration, allowing a seamless switch from 400V to 460V with a simple jumper, facilitating easy retrofitting, even for three-phase units. Tool-less mounting and straightforward installation procedures save time and upfront costs, while easily accessible system components simplify service and maintenance.

UL listed for the new UL-60335 requirements, the Green Series DTI 6000 Cooling Units reflect Pfannenberg's commitment to sustainability and innovative design. As industries continue to evolve, Pfannenberg leads with solutions that meet current demands and anticipate future challenges.
