Rheem has launched the Endeavor Line of heating and cooling products in response to the 2023 efficiency regulations from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The product line includes gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and packaged systems, redesigned for improved energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Many models in the Endeavor Line now use A2L refrigerants to comply with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) 2025 low global warming potential (GWP) requirements. These refrigerants allow minimal installation changes while supporting lower emissions goals.
According to the company, the Endeavor Line features advanced technologies such as variable speed operation and integrated smart controls, aiming to enhance performance, ensure quiet operation, and facilitate easier installation and maintenance. Select products also meet Rheem’s internal sustainability criteria and are labeled as Sustainability Standouts.
The product line is offered in three tiers—Prestige, Classic Plus, and Classic—allowing homeowners to choose options that match their comfort needs and efficiency preferences.
“Instead of just increasing size for efficiency, we completely redesigned our products to make them more energy-efficient, dependable, and sustainable,” Rheem stated.
