Rhoss S.p.A. has expanded its FLOW BOOSTER EVO range of water-cooled, non-reversible heat pumps with three new models. The range uses scroll compressors and R513A refrigerant and now covers heating capacities from 40 to 280 kW (approximately 136,500 to 955,400 BTU/h).
The updated range comprises 13 sizes in two configurations: five single-compressor models from 40 to 70 kW (approximately 136,500 to 238,800 BTU/h) and eight double-compressor models from 80 to 280 kW (approximately 273,000 to 955,400 BTU/h).
The new TOHETL 2180, 2230 and 2280 models feature two scroll compressors. They provide heating capacities of 180, 230 and 280 kW (approximately 614,200, 784,800 and 955,400 BTU/h), respectively.
According to Rhoss, the additional sizes retain the existing range’s design characteristics and are intended to support system integration and unit selection for different requirements. The units can be paired with heat pumps or multipurpose EXP units to boost hot-water temperatures in cascade systems.
