Secop is proud to announce the launch of the automotive version of the BD Nano

The latest version of the BD Nano platform is dedicated to cooling solutions for automotive applications such as refrigerators for passenger cars, both electric and with internal combustion engines, trucks, and buses.

The new automotive Electronic Control Unit for BDN45F-A compressors is a universal, easy-to-use, and feature-rich compressor controller. Thanks to Secop’s Tool4Cool software that allows for even more customized programming, it also offers increased functionality.

The electronic unit can be operated in a wide range voltage supply between 9 V and 34 V DC, making it the ideal solution for OEM refrigeration in cars and trucks. For example, it can be used for cars’ center console refrigerators, rear coolers for car passengers, refrigerators in trucks for driver convenience, merchandise
coolers for taxis and public transport including portable refrigerators in cars for driver convenience.

The compressor BDN45F-A from the new BD Nano-Series has been optimized for R134a/R1234yf refrigerants and offers premium cooling performance, high efficiency, and low noise and vibration in a
compact size.

The BD Nano is manufactured at the Secop plant in Tianjin, China. This state-of-the-art facility has been IATF16949 certified since December 2023 and complies with the strict automotive industry standards.
