The third edition of the Congreso y Premios a la Excelencia de la Mujer will take place on 30 June 2026 at the Real Fábrica de Tapices in Madrid, Spain. Organised by ElectroEficiencia and ClimaEficiencia, the event will promote and recognise the role of women in the electrical and HVACR sectors.
The programme will cover barriers in the sector, initiatives led by companies and institutions, case studies and sectoral trends. More than 200 participants from across the industry value chain are expected to attend.
Participants will include manufacturers, distributors, installers, engineering companies and institutional representatives. The congress and awards continue to provide a platform for highlighting female talent and encouraging greater inclusion and visibility within the sector.
