Secop expanded its light commercial refrigeration portfolio with the KLE8.6GFHX compressor and a new Core Functions controller for its NLV-CN variable-speed compressor range. The KLE8.6GFHX extends the KL series, while the controller is designed for 115 V / 60 Hz applications.
The KLE-GFMX/GFHX/CFHX platform now includes six capacities with displacements from 4.0 to 8.6 cm³ (0.24 to 0.52 in³). The compressors are available for R134a and R513A in refrigerant-specific configurations and support LBP, MBP and HBP cycles as well as hot gas defrost. Applications include bottle coolers, glass-door merchandisers, ice cream freezers, wine cellars, display cases and ice machines.
For R290 variable-speed compressors, Secop offers NLV-CN electronic control in Core Functions, Multipurpose and Extended versions. The range covers 8 to 15 cm³ (0.49 to 0.92 in³), with LBP capacity up to 4,323 BTU/h and MBP capacity up to 6,672 BTU/h. Adaptive Energy Optimization adjusts compressor speed to cooling demand, providing up to 40% energy savings compared with a fixed-speed R404A compressor.
Secop presented the new solutions at AHR Expo Mexico 2026 in Guadalajara, Mexico, together with its official Mexican distributor Imcosa.
