BAC Secures Global Rights to DUG’s Immersion-Cooling Technology

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. (BAC), a leader in data center cooling solutions, has announced an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with DUG Technology (Australia) Pty Ltd. The deal grants BAC exclusive rights to DUG’s patented immersion-cooling technology designed for high-density data centers.

As data centers face rising demands due to A.I. and machine learning, DUG’s technology offers a solution to handle increased heat loads efficiently. The technology allows data centers to achieve higher compute densities with world-class energy efficiency, addressing the need for more power, floor space, and complex cooling equipment.

Integrating DUG’s immersion-cooling technology, BAC enriches its portfolio, now offering indoor immersion cooling solutions alongside its evaporative, hybrid, and dry cooling products. This expansion equips data center customers with advanced options to meet future cooling needs.
