Hillphoenix, part of Dover Food Retail, has launched Advansor FlexONE, a compact CO2 condensing unit designed for food retail and industrial refrigeration applications. The system supports walk-in coolers and freezers, phased store remodels, capacity expansions, and distributed refrigeration installations.
Advansor FlexONE uses CO2 refrigerant with a global warming potential (GWP) of 1 and an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0. Its compact design allows installation in space-constrained locations, including rooftops and retrofit projects. The unit is intended for small- and medium-format supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, micro-fulfillment facilities, and industrial cold-storage applications.
The system features a VFD-driven variable-speed compressor that adjusts cooling performance to demand, advanced oil control, a large-capacity condenser coil, and an energy-efficient EC fan. According to Hillphoenix, this configuration maintains stable cooling performance at ambient temperatures exceeding 100°F (approximately 38°C). The unit is available in 208V three-phase and 460V three-phase electrical configurations.
For installation and maintenance, Advansor FlexONE includes removable panels, organized piping, and accessible service points to facilitate commissioning, diagnostics, and servicing. The system can also be used for targeted refrigeration capacity additions without replacing an entire existing installation.
“Advansor FlexONE represents another step forward in our commitment to practical, sustainable refrigeration innovation and our focus on delivering solutions that are designed and assembled in the USA,” said Senthilkumar K Shanmugam, Hillphoenix Senior Product Manager. “It gives customers a compact and scalable CO2 solution that simplifies deployment and service while supporting the future of refrigeration.”
Advansor FlexONE is available now with a 24-month parts warranty.
