SANHUA presented new refrigeration and cooling components at Chillventa 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, including the CBVP Ball Valve with Integrated Check & Service Valve for transcritical CO2 systems. The company also showcased heat exchangers, data center cooling solutions, and components for CO2 refrigeration applications.
The new CBVP combines a ball valve, check valve, and service valve in a single compact component. Designed for transcritical CO2 systems, the 3-in-1 valve aims to reduce installation space, simplify servicing, and improve system reliability. SANHUA also displayed its CO2 portfolio, including pressure regulators, electronic expansion valves, heat exchangers, sensors, and controllers.
SANHUA expanded its brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) portfolio for refrigeration, heat pumps, water-loop systems, and data center cooling. Exhibited products included the S12DU-L CO2 condenser for transcritical systems, the S200AL-H for coolant distribution units (CDUs), and the S30/S40/S60/S65/S152 series for chillers and heat pumps. The S338 Series BPHE offers heat transfer capacity of up to 2.8 MW (approximately 9.55 million BTU/h) for large-scale cooling applications.
For data center applications, SANHUA presented cooling solutions designed for high-density environments. The company also showcased its stainless steel product range, developed to provide durability, corrosion resistance, and efficiency in demanding refrigeration environments.
Another exhibit was SANHUA’s Cost-Effective CO2 Condensing Unit Package, which integrates line components, sensors, electronic expansion valves, compressor drives, and intelligent controls. The standardized package is intended to help OEMs shorten development cycles and reduce time-to-market for CO2 refrigeration systems.
