A-Gas, the world leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerants and associated products and services, has acquired the assets and business of Japanese company, FUSO.
FUSO offers the reclamation and destruction of refrigerants to customers on a national basis in Japan through a network of regional offices and key processing sites near Tokyo. It also has a long standing and leading presence in the gas detector market in Japan. This transaction transfers the FUSO gas reclamation, destruction, and gas detection operations into the existing A-Gas business in Japan.
Group Chief Executive Officer of A-Gas, Jack Govers, said: “This is an exciting expansion of our global business and strengthens our presence in Asia.
