CAREL has appointed Alessandro Catani as Managing Director of Alfaco – CAREL Poland, the group’s Polish company. The appointment took effect in December 2025 and is part of CAREL’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Polish market and consolidate its local organisation.
Catani joins CAREL with experience in the financial and industrial sectors in Italy and Poland. Before joining the group, he was General Manager of Steel.s Poland and held senior management roles at Colorobbia Polska for more than ten years.
According to CAREL, his background combines industrial management experience with an earlier career in banking. The company said the appointment is intended to support future growth opportunities and challenges in Poland.
