The 2025–2028 action plan sets measurable objectives across environmental, social and governance activities. In addition to raising the share of natural refrigerant revenue to 76%, Enex Technologies intends to increase its new-product vitality index from 10% to 50%, expand annual training per employee from 19 to 23 hours and extend ESG assessments across its supply chain from 28% to 85%.

Prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative Standards and subject to external audit, the report consolidates the Group’s sustainability governance, impact measurement and emissions accounting. The work includes a common Sustainability Policy, an Impact Counter, a greenhouse gas emissions inventory and publication of the Group’s first Communication on Progress under the United Nations Global Compact.
