Caverion Germany Acquires Schulz Lufttechnik to Expand Cleanroom Expertise

Caverion Germany has acquired Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, a ventilation and cleanroom technology specialist based in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia. The acquisition, completed on 4 April 2025, aims to strengthen Caverion’s presence in Germany, particularly in cleanroom and filter technology sectors.

Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH is a family-run company with more than 30 employees and annual revenue exceeding EUR 5.5 million (approx. SEK 61 million). The company offers services in ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, filter systems, and cleanroom environments, serving clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, healthcare, and academic sectors.

The business will continue to operate independently within the Caverion Germany structure. Dr. Arndt Schulz, one of the former owners, will remain as managing director to ensure continuity.

"We are pleased to further strengthen our position with Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, a recognised specialist in ventilation as well as filter and cleanroom technology," said Manfred Simmet, CEO of Caverion Germany.

The acquisition aligns with Caverion’s strategy to enhance its offering in smart and sustainable built environments. It also brings commercial synergies and reinforces Caverion’s footprint in Germany’s high-demand cleanroom technology market.
