Enex Technologies certified for gender equality in Italy

Enex Technologies, a European provider of natural refrigerant solutions, has received the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, marking a key step in its ESG roadmap with a focus on social responsibility.

The certification, based on the Italian framework for a measurable Gender Equality Management System, confirms Enex Technologies' compliance with required indicators in areas including recruitment, career development, pay equity, organizational culture, work-life balance, and parental support.

The audit process evaluated the company’s internal policies and practices, validating its gender equality model. Enex Technologies reports a gender ratio of 28% and an average employee age of 39 across its Italian sites, with 35 nationalities represented, including 25 at its Treviso headquarters.

The company also published its first Communication on Progress (CoP) as a participant in the UN Global Compact and has joined the UN Global Compact’s Business & Human Rights Accelerator program to strengthen its internal human rights due diligence.

“Zero Discrimination is one of our core pillars,” said Marco Miazzo, CFO and HR Director at Enex Technologies. “This certification is a natural extension of who we are: a company committed to people, environment and sustainable progress.”
