Refindustry opens call for Energy Efficiency case studies ahead of Chillventa 2026

Refindustry has opened submissions for the next Special Edition of Refrigeration Industry Magazine, dedicated to Energy Efficiency in Refrigeration, and published ahead of Chillventa 2026 in Nuremberg (13 to 15 October). As the official media partner of Chillventa, Refindustry invites companies to contribute in two ways: energy-efficiency case studies for the magazine, and products and new releases for the show preview. The issue is scheduled for publication in September 2026.

A preview of Chillventa 2026

Alongside editorial case studies, the special edition will present a preview of the energy-efficient technologies on show at Chillventa, gathering the products and new releases exhibitors will present in Nuremberg. Exhibitors can be featured in the preview free of charge on Refindustry.com, with a curated selection published in the magazine. A similar preview was published ahead of the last show: Chillventa 2024 preview.

Companies presenting a relevant product, technology or project can also take a dedicated page in the edition, whether or not they exhibit at the show.

Case studies for the magazine

The magazine continues Refrigeration Industry Magazine's series of special editions dedicated to key refrigeration technologies, built around in-depth project case studies. Recent editions covered CO2 Refrigeration and Heat Recovery, Commercial Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, and Ammonia Refrigeration, featuring real-world projects across food retail, industrial cooling, logistics, and district heating.

Published before the show, the edition reaches industry decision-makers during their pre-show research, on Refindustry.com (340,000+ users per year) and across the platform's LinkedIn channels: the LinkedIn page (60,500 followers) and the LinkedIn Newsletter (37,500 subscribers).

Previous issues can be viewed here. Interested companies can request request the details below or contact Refindustry by e-mail. The submission deadline is 31 August 2026.
