Heatcraft launches new App with suite of tools to support transition from legacy to new product models

A new iOS and Android App from Heatcraft Refrigeration Products offers customers a simplified way to access new model nomenclature and product data as new condensing unit, unit cooler, and self-contained models are introduced to comply with the Department of Energy (DOE) 2020 commercial refrigeration regulations. To ensure a smooth transition, the app features a set of tools to help navigate the move from legacy model numbers to new model numbers.

  • Cross-Reference Tool – allows manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and wholesalers to find a new model based on legacy models.
  • Build a Model Tool - allows users to build a Heatcraft model in just a few easy steps.
  • New Model Search - provides instant AWEF compliance info and technical data for new Heatcraft models.
  • PT Chart - determines if a refrigerant is saturated, subcooled, or super-heated at any time within the system.

The new App can be found on the Apple App Store and the Google App Store
