Hudson Technologies announced management changes on March 18, 2026, including the promotion of Rob Stoody to Senior Vice President, Operations and the appointment of Kirk Reimer as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. The company said the restructuring is intended to strengthen operations, extend market reach and support growth.
In his new role, Stoody will oversee Hudson’s plant operations, supply chain and logistics. He most recently served as Vice President, Supply Chain, and earlier was Vice President, Military and Gases, where he was involved in Hudson’s successful bid for a United States Defense Logistics Agency contract and later oversaw servicing of that contract.
Hudson also promoted Mostafa Parsa to Vice President, Operations and said Cesar Alonso will rejoin the company as Vice President, Supply Chain, filling Stoody’s previous role. Parsa previously served as Director of Plant Operations, overseeing plant activities nationwide, while Alonso was Hudson’s Supply Chain Director from 2021 to 2024 and earlier held senior demand planning roles at Honeywell.
As part of the restructuring, Reimer’s role expands to include oversight of refrigerant sales, services and core marketing activities. Hudson also appointed Meredith Baskies as Director of Marketing, reporting to Reimer. The company said Baskies most recently served as Director of Global Strategic Marketing for Gelest, a Mitsubishi Chemical subsidiary, and earlier held a marketing leadership role at BASF Corporation.
Hudson also said Kate Houghton has left her roles as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing and member of the board of directors. “As we begin to move through 2026, we have restructured our senior management team with the goal of more effectively leveraging our industry-leading sales and service capabilities,” said Ken Gaglione, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Technologies.
