Kirby Newcastle named Branch of the Year

Kirby Newcastle branch has been named 2019 Branch of the Year at the recent Kirby NSW Sales Convention. Kirby’s 62 branches across Australia are rated every year on performance metrics relating to sales growth, stock management, cost control and safety compliance.

Recognition of excellence has become an established practice within Kirby as a way of thanking high-achieving employees and teams whose performance has contributed to the success of the business.

Branch Manager Tom Williams was proud to accept the award, acknowledging the team's commitment to each other and taking the extra steps to meet their customer’s requirements.

“Our customers know they can trust us to understand what’s needed and to do best by them. Customer satisfaction is number one and we work together to get the job done. If we have happy customers, sales will follow, and the Newcastle boys excel at this.”

The Newcastle team plans to share their success with their customers through a series of local branch events throughout March. For more information, contact Kirby Newcastle.

Other Kirby branches acknowledged for their excellence throughout 2019 included Kirby Lonsdale branch SA, Kirby Gnangara branch WA and Kirby Underwood branch in QLD.
