Midea Group and its European partner Frigicoll have established two new joint ventures — “Midea Frigicoll HVAC Spain” and “Midea HVAC France” — to strengthen their presence in the HVAC markets of Spain and France. The new entities aim to accelerate growth in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
The move builds on a partnership between the two companies that spans over 20 years, originally focused on air conditioning distribution. The new ventures will focus on delivering energy-efficient and environmentally responsible climate control solutions.
In Spain, Midea Frigicoll HVAC Spain will operate with a team of over 100 professionals to ensure full market coverage. In France, Midea HVAC France will leverage Frigicoll’s existing operations to enhance brand visibility and consolidate its market position.
