Phoenix Energy Introduces Asset Manager for HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment

Phoenix Energy Technologies is proud to announce the launch of Asset Manager, an innovative solution designed to transform the management of energy-intensive assets in multi-site commercial buildings. This cutting-edge tool leverages Phoenix’s EnterpriseDX® platform, providing real-time data acquisition, predictive analytics, and asset condition-based insights to optimize asset performance, maintenance, and capital replacement strategies.

Asset Manager moves beyond traditional calendar-based preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive repair models by using advanced analytics to provide condition-based insights. This system enables enterprises to make data-driven decisions, reducing downtime, improving efficiency, and lowering costs. Developed in response to customer feedback, Asset Manager aggregates and normalizes data from various sources, offering actionable intelligence on equipment health and performance.

Key Features of Asset Manager:

  • HVAC IQ: Delivers a comprehensive "HVAC Health Score" to assess asset conditions, prioritize maintenance, and automate actions via Alarm Manager.
  • Alarm Manager: Automates responses to poor asset health scores, including setpoint adjustments, alerts, and repair ticket creation.
  • Technician View: Provides real-time telemetry data on mobile devices, improving technician efficiency and ensuring timely repairs.

Phoenix Energy Technologies' CEO, Ryan Adelman, commented, "We are excited to offer Asset Manager to help our customers streamline preventative maintenance, repairs, and asset replacement. This innovative toolkit will enhance their ability to manage thousands of assets across multiple sites, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimum disruption."
