Schmitz Cargobull restructures Central Europe sales leadership

Schmitz Cargobull has reorganised its Central Europe sales region as of 1 January 2026. Vujo Crnomarkovic has been appointed Sales Director Central Europe, in addition to his existing role as Country Manager for Serbia and Montenegro. He will also take on responsibility for Greece.

Crnomarkovic has been with the company for over 20 years and brings extensive market knowledge to the role. The leadership change follows the departure of Roland W. Schacht, former Sales Director Central Europe and Country Manager for Romania and Greece, who left the company at his own request on 31 December 2025.

Constantin Victor Burcioi has been named the new Country Manager for Romania. A company employee since 2005, he has led sales operations for new and used vehicles in Romania and Moldova since 2014.

In Türkiye, Kerem Tas continues as Country Manager and is also responsible for the Adapazari production plant within the international Schmitz Cargobull network. Since January, he has been reporting directly to Chief Sales Officer Ralph Kleideiter. Tas has more than 30 years of international industry experience and has managed the development of the Türkiye site over the past six years.
