Organic Heat Exchangers (O-Hx), a specialist in cold thermal energy, has appointed Steve Booton as its representative in Oceania. This move aims to expand the global reach of O-Hx and its patented energy storage solution, EnergiVault.
Based in Australia, Booton brings 30 years of environmental expertise across distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce. His role will focus on developing market routes and investment opportunities for EnergiVault in the Oceania region.
“The requirement for cooling resilience in warmer climates is very apparent, and I’m looking forward to working with a product that can provide that in abundance. The limited power supply in some locations means a lack of cooling capacity limits industries. EnergiVault will unlock this issue with its ability to charge from renewable sources and through low operating current off-peak charging,” Booton said.
Bob Long, Executive Chairman and Founder of O-Hx, added, “Hotter industrialised countries such as Australia present prime opportunities for us, so we are delighted to have someone like Steve onboard. He is renowned as a resilient, communicative leader and has developed a reputation for delivering in competitive markets. He will be key in developing business in Oceania.”
