XNRGY Opens 275,000-sq-ft HVAC Facility to Serve Data Center Market

New Arizona site to produce sustainable cooling systems for mission-critical facilities.

XNRGY Climate Systems has announced the opening of its new 275,000-square-foot (25,550 m²) manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona, with production set to begin on May 1, 2025. The facility is part of the company's $300 million investment to build a 1,000,000-square-foot (92,900 m²) sustainable innovation and manufacturing headquarters in the United States, aimed at supporting the growing data center market with advanced thermal management solutions.

Developed by The Boyer Company within the Gateway East development, the site meets XNRGY’s current production needs and allows for future expansion. The plant will manufacture the company's key HVAC product lines, including the XNAir, XNChiller, and XNFans systems, which are engineered for high-performance applications in data centers and other mission-critical environments. The facility emphasizes energy-efficient production and minimal environmental impact.

XNRGY will initially staff the facility with 130 employees and plans to grow its workforce to 300 by the end of 2025. The company’s expansion is expected to strengthen Arizona’s role as a hub for advanced manufacturing and data infrastructure while boosting local employment and technical training opportunities.

"We are excited to be a part of the vibrant Gateway East community and contribute to its growth," said Wais Jalali, CEO of XNRGY. "This facility represents a significant investment in our future and our ability to serve our customers with the highest quality products and innovations."

Matt Jensen, a partner with The Boyer Company, added, "We are excited to welcome XNRGY to Gateway East. We have enjoyed working with the XNRGY team on the development of their premier manufacturing facility. We look forward to supporting their continued growth and expansion."

Vincent Morin, Executive Vice President and COO of XNRGY, emphasized the strategic relevance of the facility: "This new facility underscores XNRGY's dedication to innovation and our unwavering support for the rapidly expanding data center sector. By establishing this advanced manufacturing hub in Arizona, we are better positioned to deliver our high-efficiency, sustainable cooling solutions to data centers and other critical facilities across North America."
