Eurocryor expands with the new version of Soul

The Elements family of Eurocryor expands with the new version of Soul, a line of semivertical cabinets dedicated to the presentation of cakes and fresh pastries, gourmet rolls and soft drinks.

Modern and versatile, Soul is designed to respond to the needs of patisseries and bakeries, autogrills (motorway restaurants), petrol stations and dine-in corners in stores.

The distinguishing features of this cabinet are the quality of the materials, such as the stainless steel for the basin and its maximum efficiency, ensured by an ecocompatible design. The sustainable approach is confirmed by the adoption of natural refrigerant propane R290, LED lighting on the ceiling and on the three shelves and rear sliding glass panels in low-emissivity double-glazing, for optimal conservation and minimum consumption. These features allow Soul, in specific configurations, to achieve an optimal Energy Class, to guarantee the best visibility of products and display consistency, supporting, at the same time, the Customers in making conscious choices.

There are three versions available: Soul and Soul B, serve-over and tilting front panel, respectively, with curved superstructure for Soul, to give a sinuous note and a touch of fluidity to the environment. Soul B features a straight superstructure, elegant and timeless, which follows the geometry of the cabinet becoming an almost invisible frame for the products. The Soul LS open model is also available in the self-service version, characterised by attentive ergonomics, to improve interaction with the Customers.

An optical delight: the essential style of Soul is increased by its transparent design and integrated terminal end without edges in sight, which disappears from view offering a panoramic view of the products. Soul stands out for the numerous possibilities of personalisation of the front, with painted or laminate panels, to adapt to any display setting.

To conclude, worthy of mention is also the possibility to opt for the model dedicated to chocolate, designed to match the patisserie cabinet, it features controlled refrigeration able to maintain the temperature of 15°C at 45% humidity.
