Sanhua has introduced the PEV series - pulse expansion valves, designed for use in refrigeration systems to precisely control the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator.
The PEV series valves have a solenoid valve structure, allowing flow regulation by pulse width control, ensuring highly accurate and responsive flow control.
One of the key features of the PEV series is its 90 bar design for R744 refrigerant, which enables reliable operation in high-pressure systems. A wide range of cooling capacities is available for PEV Valves, ranging from 0.4 to 15 kW (for R744).
In addition to its high-performance capabilities, the PEV series offers a direct shut-off function in case of sudden power failure, ensuring the system remains safe and protected. The valve body can also be open, change the orifice and access to the strainer.
The PEV series pulse expansion valves are applicable for all common HFCF, HFC HFO and R744 refrigerants, and the protection class is IP 67. The PEV series also features a variety of coil models, including 230VAC, 120VAC, and 24VAC, with low electricity consumption of up to 7W maximum.
Additionally, the valves offer a wide temperature range of -60°C to 70°C, making them ideal for use in a range of operating conditions.
Furthermore, Sanhua offers several different models with both Metric and Imperial versions, allowing for greater flexibility and compatibility with different systems and equipment.
