Eurovent will take part in Mostra Convegno Expocomfort in Italy from 24-26 March. The association said visitors will be able to meet the Eurovent team, discuss ongoing initiatives and learn more about its work on transparency, sustainability and performance standards in the HVACR sector.
As part of its participation, Eurovent will host a presentation on its Recommendation on Complementary Product Category Rules (PCR) for Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Equipment on 25 March at 14:30. The session will introduce guidance intended to support greater transparency, consistency and reliability in Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) across the HVACR industry.
According to Eurovent, the recommendation sets out complementary Product Category Rules developed for heat pump and air conditioning equipment. It is intended to help manufacturers and other stakeholders align environmental assessments and improve product comparability.
Eurovent said the guidance aims to establish clearer and more harmonised methodologies, strengthen confidence in environmental data and support more informed decision-making across the value chain. The presentation will take place at the 3 Lounge ANIMA, Pad. 3 | Stand G01/K10 during Mostra Convegno Expocomfort.
