Secop Slovakia has marked a decade of involvement in Slovakia’s dual education system, highlighting its collaboration with the Secondary Technical School in Zlaté Moravce. Since 2014, the company has trained 71 students, emphasizing its long-term engagement in vocational training aligned with its operational needs.
The partnership includes participation in the Young Stars project, which began in 2014 and served as a foundation for Secop’s entry into the national Dual Education Program. This collaboration supports the training of skilled workers through a blend of academic instruction and practical industry experience.
Currently, 25 students are enrolled in Secop’s training program, with an additional 6 students expected to join the program in the next academic year, focusing on the profession of mechatronic technician.
Mechatronic technicians remain in high demand across the technical sector. Secop’s dual education initiative aims to equip students with the practical and theoretical knowledge required for roles both within the company and in the broader industrial labor market.
