Viessmann Appoints Conrad Wiedeler to Lead German Sales and Service

Viessmann Climate Solutions has appointed Dr. Conrad Wiedeler to take full responsibility for its sales and service operations in Germany, effective immediately. The leadership change follows the decision by Dr. Frank Voßloh, Managing Director of Viessmann Deutschland GmbH and a member of the Carrier Climate Solutions Europe leadership team, to leave the company on October 31, 2026.

Voßloh has held leadership positions at Viessmann for more than a decade. During his tenure, he oversaw the German sales organization through major market changes, including the expansion of the heat pump business and the company’s integration into Carrier. He also contributed to the heating and energy industry through his involvement in industry associations.

Wiedeler has taken on increasing responsibilities within Viessmann Deutschland GmbH in recent years and has served on its management board since 2025. His expanded role is intended to maintain continuity for customers, installer partners, and employees.

Viessmann Deutschland GmbH operates within the Climate Solutions Europe segment of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR).

“To ensure a seamless transition and continuity for our customers and installer partners, Dr. Conrad Wiedeler will assume full responsibility for Viessmann Climate Solutions’ sales and service operations in Germany, effective immediately,” said Thomas Donato, President of Carrier Climate Solutions Europe.
