NIBE Industrier AB has appointed Jonas Bjuhr as Managing Director of NIBE AB in Sweden, effective December 4. He will assume operational responsibility for the continued development of NIBE AB, the largest company within both NIBE Industrier AB and its NIBE Climate Solutions business area.
The appointment is intended to strengthen NIBE AB’s operational focus, long-term competitiveness and continued growth. Until now, NIBE Industrier Group CEO Gerteric Lindquist has formally also served as Managing Director of NIBE AB, while operational responsibility has been shared with the Head of Business Area NIBE Climate Solutions.
Bjuhr joins NIBE AB from Hydro, where he held several senior positions during 25 years with the company, most recently as Vice President of the Precision Tubing business area in Asia. He holds an MSc in Materials Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has experience in leadership, international operations and industrial development.
