Castel to Present New Refrigeration Components at Chillventa 2026

The lineup targets natural and low-GWP refrigerants, with oil management, vibration control and valve products rated up to 150 bar.

Castel to Present New Refrigeration Components at Chillventa 2026

Castel will introduce new refrigeration components and industrial fluid control solutions at Chillventa 2026, taking place in Germany from 13 to 15 October. The product lineup includes electronic oil level regulators, CO2 vibration absorbers, oil separators and valves designed for natural and low-GWP refrigerants.

The new Series 56 Electronic Oil Level Regulators use multi-level optical sensing technology for compressor oil management. Compatible with CO2, hydrocarbons, HFOs and HFCs, the regulators support NFC and RS485 communication and are available in pressure configurations up to 50 bar (725 psi), 90 bar (1,305 psi) and 140 bar (2,031 psi). Castel will also introduce stainless steel GoGreen vibration absorbers for CO2 (R744) systems, designed to reduce compressor vibration transmission to piping, including in transcritical applications, with working pressures up to 140 bar (2,031 psi).

The Polyhedra range will expand with oil separators for low-GWP refrigerants, including A2L and A3 classifications. These feature ODS connections from 1/2 to 1-5/8 inches (approximately 12.7–41.3 mm), capacities up to 3.5 litres (0.92 US gallons) and working pressures up to 50 bar (725 psi). Castel will also present stainless steel 3032 ORS valves with rotatable connections, compatible with HFCs, HFOs, hydrocarbons and CO2, in configurations rated up to 150 bar (2,176 psi).

Additional developments include the 34-E Series Flash Gas By-Pass Valves for refrigerant control and products from EVIC, Castel’s industrial solenoid valve division. The EVIC portfolio includes direct-acting, servo-assisted and mixed-acting valves in 2/2 and 3/2 configurations, Normally Closed and Normally Open versions, with brass or AISI 316L stainless steel bodies. Available options include Class H UL-certified coils and ATEX solutions for potentially explosive atmospheres.

Castel will exhibit in Hall 6, Stand 6-242. Founded in Italy in 1961, the company celebrates its 65th anniversary in 2026 and supplies refrigeration, air conditioning and industrial components to customers in more than 100 countries.
