MTA and ICS Cool Energy are combining their competencies in Germany and will operate jointly under MTA Deutschland GmbH. The MTA and ICS brands will remain in place, along with their existing product and service areas.
MTA will continue to provide chillers, heat pumps, free coolers, and customized cooling and heating systems. ICS will remain the brand for rental operations, with a fleet for rental cooling and heating in Germany.
According to the companies, existing contacts and locations will remain unchanged. The combined portfolio covers planning, installation and commissioning, as well as temporary rental solutions for delivery delays, maintenance and unplanned outages.
The merger follows the combination of MTA and Rehsler Kühlsysteme last year. The latest step brings together teams, competencies and market activities in rental cooling.
