Sanhua Highlights XTF, CTF and LTF Mechanical Pressure Regulators

Sanhua has presented its range of mechanical pressure regulators for refrigeration systems, including the XTF suction pressure regulator, CTF evaporating pressure regulator and LTF condensing pressure regulator. The products are designed to control operating pressures, protect system components and support reliable operation under varying conditions.

The XTF suction pressure regulator is installed in the compressor suction line to limit suction pressure and protect the compressor against overloading during periods of high evaporator heat load. Key features include adjustable pressure regulation, a wide operating pressure range, a pulsation-damping design and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel valve body. The regulator is rated for a lifetime of 250,000 cycles.

The CTF evaporating pressure regulator is installed at the evaporator outlet to maintain constant evaporating pressure and prevent it from falling too low. It is intended for applications requiring protection against evaporator freezing, such as water chillers, and for systems with multiple evaporators operating at different pressures and temperatures.

The LTF condensing pressure regulator is designed for air-cooled condensers. It helps maintain stable condensing pressure to support reliable system operation.
