Atlas Copco Group has acquired the operating assets of Iberoair, Lda., a distributor of compressed air equipment and related services based in Águeda, Portugal. The acquisition, announced on November 3, 2026, expands the Group’s presence in the Portuguese market.
Iberoair serves industrial customers primarily in central Portugal, including businesses in the ceramics, light manufacturing and mechanical industries.
As part of the acquisition, 20 Iberoair employees will join Atlas Copco Group. The acquired business will become part of the service division within the Group’s Compressor Technique Business Area. The purchase price was not disclosed.
