MIRAI INTEX Introduces Updated MIRAI XS CRYO 20 with Compact Design

MIRAI INTEX has unveiled an updated version of the MIRAI XS CRYO 20, featuring a more compact design while maintaining its advanced technological capabilities. The redesign enhances convenience and usability, making it suitable for high-tech applications such as the semiconductor industry.

Dual-Loop System for Precise Temperature Control

The new MIRAI XS CRYO 20 incorporates two independent loops with both heating and cooling functions:

  • First loop: Operates within a temperature range of -120 °C to +80 °C.
  • Second loop: Standard range from +20 °C to +90 °C, with an optional expansion up to +120 °C.

With a temperature accuracy of ±0.5 °C under varying loads, the system provides stable and precise thermal management.

Enhanced Design and Features

The updated model introduces several improvements:

  • Compact housing to optimize production space.
  • Zero vibration for sensitive equipment operation.
  • Energy efficiency to reduce operating costs.
  • Built-in wheels for easy transportation.
  • Cleanroom-compatible body available as an option.
  • Remote monitoring for enhanced system control.

The MIRAI XS CRYO 20 offers customizable configurations to meet specific industry needs.

MIRAI INTEX Unveils Compact and Efficient MIRAI XM CRYO 20

MIRAI INTEX has introduced the MIRAI XM CRYO 20, the latest addition to the MIRAI X CRYO series. This new model is designed for applications where space is limited, offering a compact footprint without compromising performance.

The MIRAI XM CRYO 20 retains the high efficiency and reliability of the existing MIRAI X CRYO lineup while being significantly smaller. Its design makes it particularly suitable for environments that require strict cleanliness standards, such as cleanrooms in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and electronics industries.

Key features of the new model include:

  • Compact size: The reduced dimensions allow integration into space-constrained areas while maintaining high performance.
  • High efficiency: The unit offers the same capabilities as the larger models in the MIRAI X CRYO range, ensuring consistent results across various applications.
  • Cleanroom suitability: The design minimizes the equipment footprint, making it ideal for controlled environments.
"The MIRAI XM CRYO 20 is not just a smaller version of previous models - it is a purpose-built solution for space-constrained tasks, providing the same high performance and reliability you need for critical applications," the company stated.

The unit is designed for industries requiring precise temperature control, including freeze-drying, pharmaceutical storage, plasma freezing, and semiconductor manufacturing. Built with proven technologies, it meets the demands of highly regulated sectors while optimizing workspace efficiency.

MIRAI INTEX expects the MIRAI XM CRYO 20 to enhance production processes by offering a combination of precision, compactness, and efficiency for demanding applications.
