Blast Freezer, the new range from Kobol, is made up of 19 models aimed at applications of fast cooling and freezing of products. The new Kobol equipment guarantee optimum air distribution whilst taking maximum advantage of space.
The main advantage of this product is a fast cooling and freezing process which produces the formation of much smaller ice crystals. This allows the food cells to be preserved in a far more effective way as they retain their original properties much better when they are defrosted.
The models in this range include capacities from 10kW up to 100kW.
