New family of controllers that ensures high levels of energy efficiency thanks to continuous modulation.
The main news regarding these consolidated solutions is the HS (High Speed) version of pRack pR300 and pR300T. This is an improvement to the underlying pCO5+ HS (high speed) hardware, which is faster and better performing when:
booting
uploading/downloading the software
reading the probes and calculating the control outputs.
The faster response of the new hardware platform considerably reduces configuration and update times on the production line, consequently bringing a reduction in unit assembly times. In addition, restart times in the field are improved in the event of blackouts or system service interruptions, better safeguarding the stored goods.
The pR multi DC controller for the CAREL system with DC inverter technology can manage up to four medium temperature compressors and two low temperature compressors. The system features an extremely wide range of modulation (5-100%) and advanced oil management.
The compact dimensions make pR multi DC the ideal solution for retrofitting small and medium store formats in towns and cities. Furthermore, compared to traditional technologies, this system brings additional energy savings of 20%.
The EmJ modulating ejector extends the offering for compressor racks. Thanks to its excellent performance in warmer climates, it widens the geographical horizons for transcritical CO2 applications. The work done by the ejectors also makes it possible to reduce the number of compressors installed, while guaranteeing the same cooling capacity. Working in synergy with CAREL cabinet controllers, it can bring energy savings of up to 30% compared to a traditional transcritical system.
Hecu is the CAREL solution with DC inverter technology for condensing units that stands out for its high energy efficiency: + 24.2% compared to the most common technologies on the market , according to estimates by a third-party certification body. The system is also compatible with natural refrigerants.
The use of DC inverter compressors means Hecu sistema can offer real modulation of cooling capacity, so as to obtain low energy consumption, especially at part loads.
